Day 5: a hearty meal at the
Cracker Barrel in Birmingham, Alabama.
Believe it or not, both of us had salads for lunch rather
than good 'ol comfort food that the Cracker Barrel is known for. But the truth
is, we hadn't eaten any kind of vegetables in days so a nice crisp salad was
comforting to us. That, and the best sweet tea in the south, and we were ready
for hit the highway to Atlanta, Georgia. If you're in the south, it's
practically a requirement to go to the Cracker Barrel at least once.
